What will I need:
At least 2 high quality photos of your pet/s faces.
**** Please send this information within 48 hours of purchase, or the order will be cancelled and will have to be repurchased. ****
If you're having trouble sending information through the store, please email your photos to me via penandpaperartistic@outlook.com.
Please allow at least 10-20 days for your portrait to be completed (This does not include shipping time). Anything quicker will require an extra fee of $80. If you need your portrait quicker please contact me and we will work something out.
Express delivery is only available for Australian customers (sorry for the inconvenience).
For customers outside Australia, it will take anywhere between 6-15 days to get to you via standard air mail delivery.
If you're looking for a portrait with more then 3 pets, please contact me for a quote.
